a day in brisbane

Planning a day out and about in Brisbane?  Our itinerary starts in West End for a Saturday breakfast at the Davies Park Markets or with any one of the many boutique coffee houses.  Head along the river or down Grey Street and take in one of the many exhibitions at GOMA, Queensland Art Gallery or the Museum.  Duck across the road for a pit stop at Champ – coffee and one of our fabulous fresh baked muffins or a local beer and steak sandwich – no it’s not on the menu!  Continue the walk along the water front, catch a ferry up or down the river or wander through the weekly South Bank Collective Markets.  Check out the Maritime Museum and then cross the pedestrian bridge for a stroll through Brisbane’s beautiful Botanical Gardens.  Loop back through the city after a bit of shopping, cross the Grey Street Bridge and your back in time for a Lady Germaine – our take on the classic pimm’s fruitcup.

Find us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, join the conversation and see What’s On at Champ. We look forward to hosting you in our beautiful city.
